The Wild Alaskan has been a local, family-owned business from the start. With restaurants in Reno and Incline Village, Nevada, the vision was to bring fresh Alaskan fish and other ingredients to the table. Incline Village residents Ethan Bolinger and Kendra Wong purchased the business from family members in 2011. In 2015, the restaurant closed. Ethan continues to work magic in the kitchen, bringing creative dishes with fresh ingredients to your special events.
Ethan has over 13 years of experience in the kitchen. Ethan was a chef at the Wild Alaskan, Chateau, and Snowflake Lodge. Ethan loves putting a creative spin on traditional dishes. Kendra willingly serves as a taste tester, ensuring that every dish is perfected.
